Copyright User Rights, Remedies and Access to Justice

In this research project Professor Pascale Chapdelaine explores the implications from an access to justice perspective, of the lack of remedies copyright users have against copyright holders when legitimate uses of copyright works are restricted.

She presented a paper on this research entitled, “Copyright Users: Rights without Remedies? An Access to Justice Perspective,”  at the Symposium on Copyright User Rights and Access to Justice hosted by Windsor Law on May 18-19, 2017.
