The Legal Architecture of AI Panel Discussion at Windsor Law

  • 1 min read

As AI rapidly reshapes the legal landscape, from courtrooms and tribunals to law firms and public policy, there is much uncertainty and questions worth exploring. This panel brings together Amy Salyzyn (Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa), Jim Hinton (Founder, Own Innovation, IP Lawyer), and Annette Demers (University of Windsor Reference Librarian, Professor) who will critically assess the promise and the risks of AI in Canada’s legal system. By bringing together their perspectives and research on the administration of justice, legal research, and AI-driven innovation, the panel with moderators from the Legal Innovation Hub and LTEC Lab will offer an analysis of AI’s impact in the legal system.
